We were sitting for almost an hour and people from there kept ignoring us.The location is beautifully decorated but they need better servers.

Great place with great food, away from busy crowded streets. There's no car traffic so your kids can play without worry. Charming surrounding areas will make for a relaxing lunch/dinner or just a couple of beers, whatever works for you.
