Best location of hotel in the city. Not on main street, not to far from it. Lovely markets in the morning, bars close during the night (check Colloseum, Madrid). Helpful staff : Just the interior would appreciate renovation (missing light bulbs, spider webs here and there). And a lot of stairs ! Absolutely not available for disabled

Perfect location. Clean rooms. Friendly stuff. But most of the rooms are small and without windows. Except of two apartments.

Wifi were not working in the room. They gave us room with two separate beds instead of twin bed as we ordered (luckily they've change it after complain). We paid extra 3€ for breakfast but still had to pay another 30 cents for freaking ketchup not mentioning that we were waiting almost 20 minutes for that breakfast even the place was empty. One night stand for 24€ pretty weak services. Place is really close to the center though.
