Judy is an incredible teacher. She gets the perfect balance of helping you improve and push yourself, without overextending or injuring yourself. She really helped me improve my technique and alignment. The setting with the sound of the birds and sea is also stunning and calming. Would recommend to anyone of any age or yoga level.

Best setting and yoga classes I have ever done. Judy is very personable and has tremendous experience in making sure everyone goes at their own pace but still develops their practice. Loving it!
