The customers have to wait a long time, the products that they advertise isn't there like there was no cheese or sauces to put on my sandwich .The people eat there food ( the people that work there in front of the customers )

Love the idea and recently discovered their daily sub special where you pay just R29.99 for a specific sub. However, where I have more than one bad experience with unfriendly staff and the questionable quality of toppings. Definitely room for improvement.

I called ]in to order my food at 11:30 and I was told that I had to pay R10 for delivery. I agreed, three hours later im still waiting for my order. I call the shop and was laughed at in the background by the shop assistants saying that I had the time to wait.
