Our restaurant was born to respond to a need of the Superior School of Hospitality Bilbao, both for educational purposes and with the aim of constituting a place for experimentation of technologies, quality procedures and activities of innovation and development.
The restaurant, part of the building of the Superior School of Hospitality Bilbao, in Artxanda, is located in the municipality of Bilbao, on a beautiful hill, 5 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the airport.

Great place to try gourmet food of Basque Country. If a day is clear you can enjoy the great views of the city. There is are several day lunch menus to choose from if you wish to try inexpensive meal.

What a delightful surprise this place is. High on a hill overlooking the city the only thing better than the view is the food. This is a Culinary College and students directed by Master Chefs prepare the meals. Simply outstanding. Great food, service, food, price! We will return.

El servicio excelente. La comida había platos buenos y otros exquisitos. El precio de menú del día 19,50€ un pelín caro para lo que es. Para darse un homenaje de vez en cuando está bien.
