Had a great holiday, listed as a 4 star but I think it's more 3 star. Rooms very clean. Buffet restaurant food wasn't hot enough and most trays were usually empty. Great rooftop area for sunbathing.

The hotel is huge,it has different restaurants and bars.
The staff is very friendly and speaks English,the pools are big and the rooms have a wonderful view.
The breakfast is free and delicious. It is very close to the beach,it's cosy and nice,it's perfect for family.
It one of the best hotels i've gone to.

Booked a self catering apartment, got crammed in a single room instead. About 6 other families in same situation of room downgrade. Weirdly all Brits. Got told will be moved in 2 days, now getting told won't be moved at all. Got holiday company to ring hotel, they are screening the companies calls and not letting them through to me. Absolute farce. So do not come here if you are British, they will give your room away to Spanish family as an upgrade! 😡

We have been visiting Rosamar hotels since 2012 until now. The best hotels , child friendly, nice food , friendly Receptionists especially the elderly one, don't know her name. Alicia , I have not seen you, but we have spoken on phone and exchanged emails for our bookings, you are very kind and gentle.
Too bad that we can't have access to the pool for our child, but we still love the hotel.
We will continue coming to Rosamar hotels.
I would recommend for someone to come.

We have been visiting Rosamar hotels since 2012 until now. The best hotels , child friendly, nice food , friendly Receptionists especially the elderly one, don't know her name. Alicia , I have not seen you, but we have spoken on phone and exchanged emails for our bookings, you are very kind and gentle.
Too bad that we can't have access to the pool for our child, but we still love the hotel.
We will continue coming to Rosamar hotels.
I would recommend for someone to come.

Great hotel with really good friendly helpful staff, there was 14 adults with kids in our group and we all loved our stay. Very rarely do me and my wife go back to the same place when choose to go on holiday but we're going back to Rosamar & spa without a doubt
