Excelente!

This chain was recommended by a friend so when we saw one on the off chance we went in. It was very busy and there were only a couple of servers and there were alot of tables waiting for their food mainly with children.
We explained we were English and got an English menu and were seated. We had to wait a very long time for anything to happen and other tables came in and got their food before our order was even taken. Then as the waiter was taking our drink orders he whispered (not very successfully) to his colleague we were gringos! We were quite offended by this since we were in Granada which must see a fair few tourists.
The food came out stone cold apart from one dish. We felt unwelcome to say the least. 50eur for that treatment and considering the food was nothing special whatsoever it was a big mistake we won't be repeating.
These chains might have bright signs and flashy advertising, but in reality you can get a much better meal at a family run business for half the price and with staff who genuinely want their business to succeed.
