Very nice hotel. Great location, great friendly and helpful staffs. I would highly recommend this high end hotel. Price is reasonable for what you get.

Our room smelled like cigarettes when we entered and at night the AC wasn't cooling, woke up sweating. Moved to a smaller room than the one we paid for, unfortunately that one had a bad smell too coming from the vents. The pillows in both rooms were flat. All around bad experience. The staff was friendly but that's the only good thing.

I am live reviewing this place as I am currently checked in. I am rating this one star for the following reasons: the air conditioning of my room 416 is not working properly. I reported no less than 4 times and it's not cooling down. When the temperature outside is 40°C+, hotels should have mega air conditioning. Secondly the walls are paper thin. I don't think my neighbours are particularly noisy but I can hear EVERY thing they are doing and saying next door. Four star hotel and NO FREE water bottles. The tiny ones they have in the mini bar are €3 each! They gave me a noisy little fan after much complaining but it's not much help! The hotel staff is no help at all and not sympathetic to anything. Drink tap water she said like the rest of us. Stay away from this hotel. Very disappointed and will not stay or recommend a Vincci hotel because of this experience

The hotel was nice but our meal at the restaurant was probably one of the worst I've ever had.
I would not recommend that anyone eats here, the view is simply not worth the disappointment and expense of the restaurant.
We weren't offered bread; we weren't offered a drink after the aperitif so we had no wine with our main meal; three of the mains were served raw, we like fish lightly cooked but these were raw. When we eventually got a waiters attention one of dishes was sent back to be cooked more, the other two diners had started eating the outside cooked fish and left the inside chunks when they realised how much of it was raw. When we complained to the manager and showed him the amount of raw fish still on the plates and discussed the poor service he said we could have 50% off. When the bill came they had only deducted two main meals and the manager was no longer in the restaurant. It was a terrible (and expensive) end to our holiday.
