Fick obesiktigade bil, fel klass på bilen, körförbud på bilen, massafel på bilen, väldigt otrevligt personal som inte borde få jobba med människor överhuvudtaget! Personalen beter sig som små barn som inte kan ta ansvar för sina misstag.
Väldigt besviken på avis som samarbetar med dessa människorna.

Nedlåtande Personal. Bilar som var bokade fanns inte. Otrevligt bemötande. Kommer aldrig att hyra en bil från Avis Ystad igen.

Booked a golf at 20th Aug online for errand on 11th September. When I got there they want to replace it with Toyota Aygo(2 classes lower). Then told me to go to Malmö airport, but got nothing again.
Had no choice but to rent the last car from sixt that evening, in order to get home and do the next day errand.
Called the owner twice to get refund, but never got the money back. Even if they claimed the money was wired, it didn't show up at all after a month.
So I went through their headquarter and got contacts for that region. And finally got refund on 20th of Oct.
