Very bad experience the Skoda garage. Normally, they are very nice. However, if there is real conflict, you should be careful and make documents for every talk and confirmation. After recent service, I don't believe them any more. At the beginning they said it was their mistake. Later, they regret and said that they didn't say that it was their mistake. But, it was ridiculous that they gave their rental car to us for free. If the problem in the car was our responsibility, the rental car shouldn't be free. Actually, the repair is not that expensive for us. I was angry because they are not consistent, professional. Even worse, one old guy wanted to kick us out even though I did not argue with him. Not polite. Be careful, when you choose the service in this garage, especially when you don't speak german.
