Luzern is a beautiful city and don't ruin your mood by going to this place as it happened to us.
I am upset because even after I told the lady (Christen) who i did the reservation with that i am not happy about this and this is not what i requested her answer was rude , unpolite. I was standing there with 17 people feeling helpless and i had no choice and accept her arrogance. They didn't give a damn about kinds either. When we asked for juice that is not cold and without bubbles they still bought a juice freezing cold and with bubbles and when we said this is not what we ordered the waitress was very angry and upset and said well we have nothing else , i can bring a water , they didn't want to accepted that it was their mistake. huh.. so ugly people and disappointing.. For all the foreigners this place treated some of our colored friends very racist. Ignoring them, very very delayed service while we could see they were just standing at the bar. You had to remind multiple times about the drinks they ordered.. do yourself a favor, every where else we went the next 2 days we stayed in Luzern was better than this place ...

Food just ok. Location very nice on terrace by the river overlooking Chapel Bridge. Servers seemed in a hurry to turn table over despite our party of 7 people, full 3-course dinners & wine bill.
