Dr.med.dent.Stefan Burger

I unfortunately had a bad experience with Dr Stephan Burger. Initial impression of the clinic was pleasant enough and the supporting staff is correct or friendly as well as seemly apt at their jobs. The dentist himself also made a decent first impression during my check-up and I booked follow-up appointments for further treatment. Some time prior to my second appointment I experienced ache and pain in my gums and jaws - I called the clinic in order to consult the potential causes and ways of treatment. I had expected a quick phone consult amounting to either my worries soothed or, more likely, a new appointment. Instead Dr Burger acted patronising, arrogantly stating the effect of "of course you are in pain, you have cavities - why dont you have them filled?" which I was shocked to hear considering my having scheduled appointment according to his recommended priorities. He then proceded to display the utmost lack of professional appearance as well as basic human decency and then hung up the phone in my ear. On the back of this experience, I can only recommend as many as possible to avoid dealings with this man. Regards, Anna F
