One of the worst hotels I've ever had the pain of checking in to. Firstly they do not provide free WiFi like other hotels.. secondly the rooms are not clean up to the mark. There are tiny cockroaches roaming around in the room as well as bathroom. The kettle in the room is unclean. They do not receive calls at times. The A/c does not work properly even after putting it on 15° and They make it a point to make a fuss at the time of check out..

This is an old place where you would stay to just save some cash. It has a good view but it is not the best you can find. You also get a very Indian feel from this place, because of all the Indian restaurants near it.

While they take their time to allot the room and in our case took more than 2 hours beyond the check-in time on the day of checkout they could not extend the time beyond the specified time when it was pointed out that we allowed them time to allot the room it was pointed out that we did not object to it. Very unlike the Thai hospitality. Rooms were clean though.

A 5 star hotel with excellent service in all areas eg, baggage handlers, reception staff, cleaning service and exceptional friendly service of Ms. Kamolthip (436803) She enjoys her work and she does an excellent job. The staff are all to be proud of. Congratulations on a 5 star hotel. My wife and I will come back.

the location of the hotel is good considering the big markets around. it is a bit old building. u have to pay extra for room wifi. it is strange for a hotel. breakfast is pretty ordinary. swimming pool timing is 8am to 8pm. not suitable for a traveller!
