I spent only one night here, but I had a really good time there. The room is 500B per night. The comforter is really soft, i still miss that, totally worth the money.
The location is good, close to morning market, 10 mins walk to night market.

The rooms may be a little bit old but the place has some character and was very clean. It's a very good budget hotel. With that in mind yes the breakfast came cheap. There's toast with nuttela, peanut butter, jam, instant coffee and tea bags; no fruit juice. I would recommend tbis place for the budget conscious.
