Simply the best. I would give them more than five stars if I could. Their Web site set my expectations, and their service exceeded them. The rental process was simple and straightforward. There were no hidden fees or surprises. The Scoopy-I they provided was a brand new bike in excellent condition, with a full tank of gas. They even saved us the trouble of returning it by picking it up on the day we flew out.

I've been renting my motorbike in this shop, and they really take care of their customers. Thay gave me a motorbike with a FULL tank of fuel which is very uncommon, and they have a first class insurance. If you need a motorbike in Udon, do not hesitate, take it with Sitmecru. Compared to the shop I used to rent with before, it's not the same customer care...

This business has to be the most serious car and motorbike rental agency I've ever met in Udon Thani. And it also offer the best rates I've ever seen. The owner is very nice!
