I would highly recommend Medivet ...The girls on the desk are always smiling and friendly and Simon has been absolutely amazing with our cats, and very helpful and understanding when it was bad news for one of them . We were put at ease and it is so obvious that the cats health and happiness comes first. I cannot fault Medivet at all and I would not take my kitties anywhere else now :)

The people here are lovely. Obviously it's still a horrible place because you take animals there to have horrible things done to them, but your furry friends will be in very capable and professional hands.

Practice is clean and well organised
Simon the vet has looked after my cats for a long time and I'm very happy with his care and expertise.

Practice building and environs clean and welcoming, the parking spaces near the door were not filled with the staffs' cars! Paperwork and notes detailed and clear. Organised, polite, clear and reassuring both on the 'phone and in the practice. Kindly and gentle toward an anxious animal. On any scale an informed observer would use to rate an inner city, small animals veterinary practice this one would, on this occasion score very highly. This is the third animal I have brought, overall some six visits over three years in total and this impression has remained consistent.
