Often come here for meetings, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the meeting rooms in the basement are great.

Very spacious building, room came with a 32" flatscreen telly which I was pretty chuffed at. Unfortunately staff ranged from friendly and helpful to hostile and useless.
Good range of facilities but very spread out throughout the building, so you have to go to the basement for the shower but the second floor to find the kitchen!
Additionally there are very few openable windows on most of the floors so quite hard to air.
Loo roll was very poor quality - you'd think a hotel as rich as this one would spend the extra for some Charmin' but apparently they've spent a lot of funds on oil and arms recently so have had to cut back.
