So far so good, good value for me. 15 min walk to the Britannia Yacht and the area (Leith) is nice. Well connected to town by buses.

Tiny room, crappy Wi-Fi, drafty windows and thin walls. Totally overpriced for what it is.
Maybe for singles, but definitely not for families!

Well pleasant arrival I was in room 3 it was clean decent size tv to watch while in bed bathroom was clean and nicely done tea and coffee was ample bed was squeaky and next to old wood framed windows very drafy but all. In all for what you pay it's ok
