Really enjoyed my one to one sessions, i learned lots of new exercises and got loads of support with my eating habits. Thanks for all the help Synergy Personal Training, I don't think i've been in such good shape since i was a kid!

Really enjoyed my personal training sessions, they were fun & very effective achieving my goals quicker than i had ever expected! Would recommend to anyone whos spent hours a gym and only got minmimal results, thanks Synergy.
