Great little gym.
Rarely busy (some evenings I'm the only one there)
Friendly staff.
Very un-intimidating (people of all sizes and age).
Decent steam room and sauna.
Decent pool (15 metres but VERY shallow end!)
Early till late openings (think 6:30am-10pm most days)
TIPS
Quiet times after 7pm on evenings and quiet on Sundays.
Pool busy in half term and when it's raining.
Bring £1 for lockers.
They do have towels for rent (50p) but sometimes they're being laundered.
