I go to the Thursday morning class which is excellent. I've been going to classes with Chris and Hannah for many years and they are both excellent teachers and caring people. I would recommend this yoga school to anyone, beginner or experienced. You will find a warm welcome.

I go to weekly yoga classes here and they are excellent. I know Chris and Hannah to both be very dedicated, knowledgable and experienced Yoga teachers. Their classes always make you feel renewed, energised and inspired. The new studio on South Road is a beautiful oasis of calm. Thank you!
