Waited 30 minutes in the waiting room on a workday; not terribly unusual I suppose. Decided to leave and go back to work.
The ambiance was somewhat less than 1st-world-doctor's-office neat. I'm a cheapo that likes making do with old stuff, but when my Doctor's office looks like that, I'm not so inclined to "make-do."
The office manager called to check on me later, to see why I left. That was nice. I was honest enough and said I couldn't wait longer. If the environment was neater, polished at all, I'd probably have stayed.
