Speckles has been a patient here since we adopted her at the APL almost 10 years ago. Se has had more than her share of medical emergencies but Dr. Brian and the entire staff at Gateway have been nothing but professional, efficient and, most important, compassionate. 'Yes' it is crowded, 'yes' the staff is constantly busy answering phones, checking animals in and out, etc. but when you do get into the examination room your pet is given full, genuine attention. I wouldn't want it any other way. When I tell Speckles we're going to see Dr. Brian she gets as excited as when I tell her we're going for a walk. How many people can say about their vet visits?
