Horrible isn't the word. They lost my son's entire medical record. From the time he was born. They have no clue how to run a doctor's office

If I could give negative stars I would!!! This place is horrible!! They scheduled me an appointment for 9AM knowing the doctor is always late and did not show up until 10AM!!!! Its sad that this is what people have to deal with when you don't have top notch insurance. I would not bring my dog here.
