The worst office ever. Purchased two tickets called to cancel agent and owner of business confirmed cancellation after a week I didn't get credit card refund called office to make sure they voided ticked as been told a member stuff confirmed ticket was voided when asked for a recipet of credit card refund told me let me check and then told me tickets weren't cancel and will charge fee if cancel it and wanted me to be responsible for cancelation fee. They don't do there work right.
