Called for a non owner occupied quote. Agent Holt tried to bump up the cost of the policy by insuring the home for more than I asked. Taxed on a terrorism charge like who needs a terrorism rider in the State of MA. Put a low deductible on the policy when I asked for $5000. Called and left a msg to redo the quote. Never heard from him again. Thank goodness I didn't have a claim!!!!!!!!!!!!!
