As a "newbie" to Yoga, Amy was very easy to follow and understand. I thoroughly enjoy her classes and always feel great after taking a class.

Amy is a passionate yoga advocate who is dedicated to the lifestyle and benefits of healthy living. She has an uncanny ability to teach to all levels in her classes and that makes for a clean nonjudgmental environment yet challenging enough to want to come back for more!. Amy is genuinely interested in the well being of all her students and offers many style classes and creative events. I highly recommend Amy Bourque Yoga for beginners to the most advanced yogis!
