We had our stay from 28th December 2016 until the 4th January 2017. The apartment was roomy and bright; we had the 34th apartment, well equipped kitchen. The spa area had a slight unpleasant smell but all in all, all right service. Pretty strict regarding the closing of the area at 21 o'Clock.
There were issues regarding the heating for one of the booked apartments starting day 1. Therefore, one night spent in semicold temprature. The seccond day we received a roomheater and the situation was ok. Further night I noticed other guests claiming the heat issue at the reception. They also received a heater. The next night, the whole hotel remained without heating. We received a complimentary wine bottle from the bar so half forgiven.
For one day and night the wi-fi did not work and when it did, it worked slowly. All in all, the stay was ok but we will probably look for another hotel in the future.

This place is a gem. Location-wise it is perfect, quiet and pretty spot, 2 minutes walk to the ski run and 5 to 7 minutes to the lift station. The apartment was warm, bright and airy, clean with nice furniture and comfortable bed. Beautiful views and gentle stream sound from the nearby river. Nice SPA, particularly the pool and Jacuzzi – very warm, just what I needed at the end of the day. But best of all was the staff. I was welcomed by a friendly girl at the reception and throughout my stay the staff was amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them. Really exceptional!

Very good hotel overall. The spa facilities are better than most hotels in Bansko with a similar price.The rooms are nice and clean.
