Very nice local bar on canter square in Pula. People working there are very forthcoming and friendly, always ready to help out with advice about best local places or restaurants to visit (if you want to avoid standard overpriced tourist locations ask them). Owner is very cool local guy. Highly Recommend this local caffe.
