After almost 2 years traveling around I came back to Split on August 15 with my 2 business partners.I remember Nostromo from the past and we went straight back to celebrate our business deal. Amazing restaurant .Owned and operated by the only master chef in Croatia Mr. Zlatko Marinovic.
The fish soup at the start was perfect.Chicken Nostromo was delicious.The fish of the day-just to mention few : grill squid , tuna steak , octopus all cooked to perfection. Great wine list.Very fine service. I STRONGLY recommend Nostromo to people who had enough and know better.
We stayed in Split 3 days and every day we went to Nostromo.It was wonderful experience. Thank you so very much Mr. Zlatko Marinovic for providing excellent food to you customers.

The Fish was great but small portions, my friend bought a steak that was extremely chewy and tasteless the kind you couldnt expect from a bad truckstop.
The entire place smelled like old Fish. What they charge is not equal at all to the quality of the service and cuisine.

Very delicate fish restaurant!
People are so lovely and fish are very well cooked. My favorite fish restaurant in Croatia.

We had a pasta and risotto. Both were very flavorful. We also had a red fish that was on the specials. It was cooked perfectly but didn't have enough flavor. We read about this place in a travel book. I can't imagine it's one of the ten best restaurants as the book has it listed.

The fish was very fresh and well prepared but way overprices. The service was very aloof. Starters and sides were nothing special at all.
