Horrible, catastrophic, tragic I can not find the words to express my stay in this hotel. The worst hotel that I have encountered in my life. ibis should terminate the contract with this establishment! rated as a 4 star it does not deserve a half star! My room was very dirty and rundown (see photos) shower did not have a lid but the drain was open! we could smell unbearable urine odors. In the room there were layers of dust and a very very bad smell like the smell of plague victims or sewers! at night I lived the nightmare. I was forced to open the windows to breathe !! this stubborn smell is really unbearable. The breakfast was medium. The district of the hotel is not so famous and very far from the city. The only positive thing in this hotel is the friendly reception and only reception staff In summary, flee this hotel, it is worse than a dormitory

Rooms not remotely close to what you see on the photos. Disgusting dirty bathroom. No iron in the room and when requested receptions says they don't have one. Avoid at all costs.

Rooms are small. No tea/coffee in room. But the same is available @ reception counter. Cleaning OK. No restaurant service for lunch /dinner. Morning breakfast as usual no special /live counter but in all its good tastes specifically for sweets cakes and pie.
