They cancelled my reservation without notification or refund!
My bus got late so ended up arriving late. Not only did they cancel my reservation, which I paid in full, for that night, but also cancelled it for other night and didn't refund me. Also they left me stranded and told me to find a cafe nearby with wifi to book something else. Real bastards!

We were only one night here, staff was very kind, we had luck with others in our room. Reasonable prise for a WE night. In past I have had bad experiences in Hostels, but this was superb. 4 of us had a bathroom only for our selves and it was so clean, beds and room was neat and clean. An electric fan and an air conditioner in case of mosquitoes. Each bed has a reading light and a plug point. A 5-8 min walk to M2 and with M2 10 min or less to Duomo.

Very good hostel. Location can take a little bit of time to get to, but if you want a quieter location it is perfect. Staff a friendly and helpful. Facilities are good.

You can't stay and check in before 2pm. You have to pay if you put the language in the hostel after check out. There is a small kitchen. There is a clean room and nice staff. It's a good location in M1 metro line. It's about 15minutes and 1.5€ to the central by metro. There are two different supermarket beside the hostel.

The key to staying at this hostel is knowing what you're getting and for how much. I paid 12€/night, which was about the cheapest I could find in Milan. The woman working the reception was very friendly, but be sure to arrive before 23:00 or you'll be out of luck. As for the hostel itself, the beds were fine, and each bed had what I find to be very important: a light and power socket at every bed. There are also lockers, which don't seem to be the most secure but I think they do the job well enough. The bathrooms are okay; neither great nor horrible. Finally, the location is close to the metro and tram lines, as well as some cafes. It seems like a safe area.
