I was in London attending a concert and just needed a place for the night. The hotel is 2 minutes away from London Kings Cross train station, which was great. Prices are cheap considering the location. Even though the room was very small, it was very clean, and like I said I only needed a place for the night.

Small, good location, if change bed sheet everyday and change the menu of breakfast sometime, that will be a good b & b.

Good place, twin room is small but everything is fine in it for the short stay. Location is very convenient .

We stayed in quad ensuite room. The room is as small as the information they shown on the website. Although there is no aircon there, there is a fan for us to use. The location is extremely convenient (just cross the street to king cross station, 10-15 minutes walk to Euston station), but would only recommend to stay there only if you are catching the morning train or other transportation, as the space is too small to feel relax.
